This Valentine’s week, Bollywood fans have a reason to celebrate as timeless cult classics return to the big screen in restored 4K versions. Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s cult comedy Andaz Apna Apna is all set to re-release in theaters soon, multiplex chain Cinepolis announced on Wednesday.

Rajkumar Santoshi’s Andaz Apna Apna to re-release in April

The official handle of the multiplex chain wrote on Instagram alongside a poster of the film. Sharing the poster, they wrote, “Ailaa…1994 ka Andaz, 2025 mein phir hoga Apna Apna. The CULT COMEDY is Back! Andaz Apna Apna is Re-Releasing in Cinemas Soon! Teaser Out Tomorrow.”

On November 4, 1994, Andaz Apna Apna, which centers on two young men (Aamir and Salman) trying to seduce an heiress (played by Raveena Tandon) in order to inherit her father’s fortune, was released in theaters. When they learn that the heiress has switched identities with her secretary (Karisma Kapoor), the plot takes an unexpected turn. Paresh Rawal and Shakti Kapoor have significant parts in the movie as well.

About Aamir & Salman’s work front

On the work front, Aamir Khan will next be seen in Sitare Zameen Par, a sequel to his 2007 film Taare Zameen Par, tentatively scheduled for release this Christmas. Meanwhile, Salman Khan will star in A.R. Murugadoss’ upcoming film Sikandar, set to release this Eid.
